I am sure we have all thought about trying to be more healthy.  The children discussed  all about the healthy habits they have, for example swimming, running, walking to school, dancing, sleeping, playing soccer and football with friends, even playing in the snow!!!!

Today the children discussed healthy eating and made colourful fruit bowls using sponges and paint. Look at the beautiful, colourful creations the children made.  In the fruit bowls there are bananas, lemons, apples, pineapples and pears.

In our school we have a healthy eating policy which can be found in the homework journals. It is good practice to remind ourselves of the food that is suitable for the children’s lunchboxes.
